How do I Make self-raising Flour?

1 cup of Natural Evolution Ultimate Gluten Free Baking Flour (Banana Flour) = 1 to 2 teaspoon of baking powder or use 1 teaspoon bicarb soda.

How can I make my bread and other baked good rise?

You can use traditional method rising agents such as yeast or baking powder.

My products seem crumbly.

You can use chia seeds, xanthan gum and/or eggs to help bind your mixture together.

My baked goods seem dry.

Reduce the amount of flour you have used. Bake for the first half of baking time uncovered and finished baking the last half cover with foil. Use a good quality oil or butter.
