The Basics for Banana Flour Recipes:

Use Between 60-75% of Banana flour in your recipe compared to normal wheat flour.

Banana Flour is very fibrous (which is great!) but remember to use plenty of water/milk to keep your mixture very moist so it doesn’t dry out to much during baking.

Keep your baked products covered with tinfoil for at least 50% of the baking time.
